Overview of Organisation
Monash Student Association (MSA) is a student organisation run by students for students on the Clayton campus of Monash University.
MSA is seeking someone to assist the Finance Director in Occupational Health and Safety administrative duties as required.
The Role
As a student organisation of Monash University, MSA provides services and support to the over 37,000 students on the Clayton campus. The MSA is a not-for-profit organisation that provides services, support and representation to students in a variety of ways.
This position will be providing administrative support to OHS committee of MSA under direction of Finance Director. The position works closely with the OHS committee and Senior Management to implement the administrative duties set by senior management and the OHS committee. The incumbent will support the Safety Officers to manage MSA's reporting requirements and inform senior management on any non-compliance issues for MSA to manage.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good organisationa skills and demonstrated record keeping and/or data input skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across MSA department
