Nathaniels’ Stuffed Tofu

INGREDIENTS
Pre-Fried Square Tofu
Sliced Cucumber
Chilli sauce
Sesame Seeds
METHOD
- Cut each square tofu from one corner to another forming 2 triangles
- Cut out a thin pocket along the non-fried side of the triangle
- Peel the cucumber
- Cut the cucumber into three block
- Take each block and slice thinly
- Julienne these slices
- Stuff the tofu with cucumber
- Pour Chilli sauce in ball
- Crush peanuts and add them into the sauce, alongside roasted sesame
- Serve tofu with chilli sauce
