2025 MSA Election
2025 Annual Election
The 2025 Annual Election is now underway to elect MSA office-bearers, Monash Student Council representatives and National Union of Students conference delegates.
You will be able to find all election-related information here, including notices, forms and results. We will update this page regularly throughout the election process with forms and election information going up as required. Please contact the Returning Officer, whose details are below, if you have any questions that are not covered by the information on this page.
This election will take place online and at voting booths on campus. Students will vote via a secure link sent to their university email address.

Please note that Ticket registration is on a first-come, first served basis. If candidates register a largely similar or identical name, whoever submitted the registration first will be given the rights to the name. If identical or near identical ticket applications are received before the opening of registrations, they are treated as equal and will be subject to a random number draw to determine who registers the name.

If you do not wish to submit a Google Form of the 2025 Nomination Form please use this soft copy format . If you are nominating for editor of Lot's Wife please use the Google Form above or this soft copy format. Please note that if you submit a soft copy nomination form it will take longer for your nomination to be processed. You are welcome to check with us the particulars of your nominations before the deadline.
