Come party with us at Chill, brought to you by the Monash Student Association (MSA) as part of WinterFest. Warm up at Monash Sport with drinks, music and a massive indoor dance floor—plus a few surprises. 9:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. 18+.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes, you’ll need something to show you’re 18 years or older. PLUS! We’ll also be checking MSA memberships, so if you’ve bought a member ticket make sure to bring your current MSA membership on the night!

What time is lockout?
11pm, so don’t be late!

I want a VIP ticket! What does that get me?
Access to private VIP lounge with bars, and free drink on arrival. Please note, these tickets aren’t available for purchase on the night.

Can I leave the event and get back in?
No passouts, sorry!

What’s the refund policy?
Sorry everyone, no refunds, so choose wisely!

Will there be food?
YES! Free sausages (veg option too!) will be available for you as you leave, courtesy of MSA’s Vancora.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Your ticket will be emailed to you and there’s no need to print. Just make sure you have that email handy on the night, and we’ll scan you in using your phone (no cracked screens please)!

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
If for some reason you can’t attend on the night and a helpful friend is there to take your spot, no probs! You’ll just need to email them your ticket. Don’t forget though, if you’ve bought an MSA member ticket, they also need to be a member (and will need to prove this on the night).

How do I get there?
Here are some tips on transport for the night:
The closest station to Clayton Campus is Huntingdale Station (Cranbourne and Pakenham lines)
PLEASE NOTE, buses will be replacing trains from Caulfield to Oakleigh Stations over this time due to some train works

Options getting there:
  • Bus to Oakleigh Station – From Oakleigh Station, Cab/Uber to Monash Sport (7-9 minute drive)
  • Bus to Oakleigh Station – From Oakleigh Station Train to Huntingdale Station – From Options getting there: Cab/Uber to Monash Sport (5-7 minute drive)
  • Carpool via Cab/Uber to Monash Sport

Options getting home:

  • Carpooling via cab/Uber is strongly recommended!
  • Cab to the Huntingdale Station Train/bus home

PLEASE NOTE, Buses/Tains stop running at around 11:30, 12ish.
