2022 MAPS AGM
The Mature Age and Part-time Students (MAPS) Association 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on Friday 28 October 2022 online via Zoom. Details will be provided on the Monash Student Association website closer to the date listed on this notice.

MAPS Elections
Nominations will open at 9.00am 14 October 2022 for the following positions on the MAPS Executive Committee:
- President
- Vice-President
- Treasurer/Secretary
- Social Secretary
Nomination forms are available via the MAPS AGM webpage and by emailing the MAPS Returning Officer at mapsro2022@gmail.com. Polling will occur during the general meeting.
Eligibility
To be eligible to nominate and vote in the MAPS 2022 AGM students must be enrolled as an undergraduate mature age, part-time or distance education student at Clayton campus, as per section 7 of the MAPS Constitution below:
7. Who is eligible to be a member
In this constitution, mature age, part-time and distance education student means any undergraduate student currently enrolled at Monash University, Clayton campus who is either:
- (1) 23 years old or over; or
- (2) Enrolled 12 or fewer credits points; or
- (3) Attending Monash University, Clayton via distance education.
