Hello and welcome to SHINE, the cleverly-named (maybe) Surly Handy Zine. It's basically what it says on the tin - a little zine put together by volunteers from Surly (the Student Union Recreational Library), intended as a handy guide to good books & movies! We're showcasing reviews written by students, to help you navigate the wide wide world of literature and choose something fun to read. There's also artwork, puzzles, and other info put together by students, for students. We hope you might fall in love with a new book series, find some interesting commentary, or just enjoy flicking through!
