MSA is providing weekly Mindfulness meditation and colouring in sessions.

Feeling overwhelmed by a busy week or the thought of the next one? What if you had a space to pause, breathe, and rediscover the joy of simply being?

Welcome to Mindful Colouring—a nine-week series where mindfulness meets creativity. This is your chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find calm through the simple act of colouring.


What’s Happening?

Each session begins with a short guided meditation to help you unwind and centre yourself. Then, we’ll dive into creative colouring activities inspired by a weekly theme. It’s the perfect combination of mindfulness and creativity to help you recharge.

The Details

  • Here’s how each session flows:

    • 10 Minutes of Mindful Meditation to centre yourself and unwind.
    • 50 Minutes of colouring—by hand or online—paired with relaxed, friendly chatting.

    Please be on time! Mindful Meditation will begin 5 minutes after the session start time.

  • When: Weekly, from Week 2 to Week 10
  • Where: Conference Room, Level 1 Campus Centre
  • Cost: Free—just bring yourself (and maybe a friend).

This isn’t just about colouring; it’s about creating space for you to slow down, breathe, and rediscover a little joy in your week. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
